Application procedure

It is strictly required that the applicant submits the application form as well as the required documents in person to our agency in your native country. In order to avoid delays we recommend that you get in touch with our office in your native country. This will help you to find out about the special features required for the application in your region. The following documents are required in original + copy for your visa application:

2 current passport photos
Passport, valid at least 6 months longer than your stay in Germany
confirmation of the treatment with doctor´s appointment (organized by IHS-Germany)
confirmation of funding for the medical treatment
certificate of travel health insurance for the accompanying persons

Visa-Service

IHS-Germany takes care of all the necessary formalities to enter Germany for a medical treatment in a quick and professional way. We apply for the patient´s visa as well as for the visa of all accompanying persons. We provide all necessary documentation and take over the entire planning of your stay in Germany in close cooperation with you, the medical facility and our local partners.
